Most calls to small businesses go unanswered.
Industry studies put it above 60%. For a plumber or HVAC tech, one missed after-hours call is a $300 to $5,000 job your competitor booked instead.

How it works

1

We set it up for you

Keep your number and your phone. We add smart forwarding so calls you can't take roll to your CascadeAnswer front desk. No apps, no hardware, live in about 2 business days.

2

It answers like a pro

A natural-sounding assistant answers 24/7, identifies itself honestly, captures the caller's name, number, address, and problem, handles emergencies by your rules, and books the appointment. Callers who hang up get an instant text back.

3

You get the job

Job details hit your phone the moment the call ends. Every week you get a plain-English report: calls answered, jobs booked, revenue saved from voicemail.

One plan. No contracts.

"I spent my career in the payments industry working with thousands of small businesses, and the pattern never changed: the phone is where the money is, and voicemail is where it dies. I built CascadeAnswer so the businesses that keep our towns running stop losing jobs to a ringtone." Calvin Riley II, Founder ... Camas, WA

Fair questions

Will callers know it's an AI?

Yes, by design. The assistant identifies itself as your virtual front desk and never pretends to be human. Callers care that they reached a real business that responds fast, and that's exactly what they get.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your number stays yours. We use conditional forwarding, so calls only roll to the AI when you can't answer, or 24/7 if you prefer.

What happens when a call is too complex?

The assistant transfers to you (or whoever you designate) by the rules you set, or takes a detailed message and texts you immediately. Emergencies can ring straight through.

Is this compliant with recording laws?

Washington is an all-party consent state, so every call begins with a clear notice. Recording is optional and off by default; transcripts and summaries are yours either way.

Is there a contract?

No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime, self-serve. If it isn't paying for itself, fire it.
